Latest News and Updates:

New Facilitators now included on the Members Profile

Be sure to visit the BCF Members Profile. Check to see if there are new facilitators in your area. You may find someone who would join with you in creating a team for future programming, or forming a Circle of Compassion.

Publicity for Programs by BCF

By early next week, Heather Glenn will have posted a number of BCF retreats on my website. These are listed under “Events 2019” so visitors to my site will be alerted to what is available. Please review this section so you can encourage people in your region to attend.

If you have a regional or national BC program scheduled, please notify me so I can publicize this on my website and in the monthly newsletter. (There are currently over 13,000 on this mailing list so the information goes far and wide.)

Future BCF Facilitator Workshops – Who Can Attend?

After much reflection and discernment, we have reached this decision: in the future, only those who have taken part in a Four Day Retreat or a Six Evening Session (or a similar in-depth retreat format based on all themes of Boundless Compassion) will be eligible for the workshop. There is not enough process and reflection in the Book Study alone to prepare facilitators to adequately perceive and integrate the material. All eligible programs will be led by a certified BCF.

Nancy Brown, (Vancouver, BC,) alerted me to a hope-filled article regarding difficult political situations in MacLean’s magazine: “Compassion Revolution Hits Instanbul.”

Mary Jo Wulf reminded me of the ability to now download the Spiritual Literacy videos. This includes the one on the wounded bird being held until it is able to fly again.

May our compassionate presence continue to grow in depth and quality,

Joyce
